1. Refund Request Period
Customers can request a refund within 10 days of the original purchase date.
2. Eligibility Conditions
- The product or purchased credits must be unused (if applicable).

- Please include the email address associated with your account and the reason for the refund so we can verify and process your request quickly.
3. Refund Processing
- Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method used at purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Because AI-generated content is delivered instantly and consumes compute resources, the following are generally not eligible for a refund: credits that have already been consumed to generate output, subscription periods after a renewal has been fulfilled, and promotional or bonus credits granted for free. We will still review edge cases (such as verified technical failures that prevented delivery) on a good-faith basis.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. The revised policy applies to purchases made after the effective date shown at the top of this page.
