Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Service is offered on both free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Credits consumed per generation are displayed before you submit a request. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Because generated content is delivered immediately and cannot be "un-consumed", fees and credits are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical failure that prevented delivery, please contact [email protected] within 7 days and we will review your request in good faith.

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation or third-party right.
• Contains sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or deepfakes of real individuals without their explicit consent.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, hate speech or discrimination against protected groups.
• Is defamatory, fraudulent, misleading or intended to impersonate another person.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware, phishing links or attempts to disrupt the Service.
• Abuses the Service through automated scraping, reverse engineering, rate-limit evasion or unauthorised resale of API access.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

You retain ownership of the prompts and files you upload ("Input") and, subject to these Terms, the videos, images and audio you generate ("Output"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit and display your Input and Output solely to operate and improve the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. We do not use your Input or Output to train our own generative models.

You are solely responsible for your Input and for the Output you create. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your Input and that your use of the Output will not violate any law or third-party right.

Paid plans include a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use generated Output for commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the underlying model providers' usage policies. Output generated on the free tier is limited to personal, non-commercial and evaluation use. You may not claim Output as purely human-made where disclosure is required by applicable law.

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics and trademarks (excluding your Input and Output), is owned by SeeStudio or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except those expressly set out in these Terms.

The Service integrates with third-party providers (including ByteDance Seedance, Google OAuth, Stripe and Cloudflare). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content or actions of third-party services.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. AI-generated Output may contain errors, inaccuracies or artefacts. You are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeStudio and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SeeStudio and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your Input, your Output, your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or any law.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SeeStudio is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
